Fusion Digital Account Signup

Thank you for choosing to create an account with Fusion Digital Ltd. It does not cost anything to set an account up with us. You will only be charged for the products and services you purchase using your account. You are now required to fill in a couple of forms in order to create your new account. You can change most of your information (except the account name) from our "my account" option on our main menu. All new accounts will be created on cash terms only (all orders must be paid in advance). Please note that accounts with false information will be deleted! If you have any questions about creating an account with us, or would like some help, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Account Information:	* indicates a required field.
Account Name*:		This should be your fullname or company name.

User Information:
Username*:		This will be your login name for the fdc website, your email and authentication username (6 - 15 characters).
Password*:		You will use this password for our administration website, your email and internet access authentication.
Confirm Password*:
Full Name*:		Contact name for the account.
