Our supplier has recently shifted their main distribution centre in Auckland. They have notified us this afternoon that they are having problems with processing orders at the moment and consequently they are experiencing delays. The warehouse team are working nights in attempt to clear the backlog. This means that the delivery turnaround time is estimated at ~48 hours from the time your order is processed. We appologise for the delay. UPDATE 26th June 2005 Our warehouse has confirmed that they are now back to normal delivery timeframes on the vast majority of items in stock. There may still be a small delay in processing backorders from last week. |
