There appears to be a network performance problem with our upstream provider. Our technical team are working with our upstream provider to resolve this. -- UPDATE -- Engineers from one of our upstream providers are going to be undertaking some work at approximately 2100 this evening, in an attempt to further diagnose the problem. We will attempt to route around this service, however customers may notice further performance issues until 2130. -- UPDATE -- This problem still appears to be ongoing. Our engineers are currently working on re-routing our domestic transit over different circuits. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. |
