Over the first few weeks of the new year we have been collating some of the suggestions and frequently asked questions received since we have begun operating.

Over the next month or so, our behind-the-scenes system will face a major overhaul. The catalogue importer will be modified to drastically increase its speed and to also cope with several new distributors that we have signed deals with. The new importer will also be designed to run automatically on a nightly basis instead of a manual weekly process.

Features that will be modified that will be apparent to the end user will include a system to automatically update all product images (not just a few) and to also provide pdf brochures and more descriptive documentation on our item detail pages.

Along with the software upgrades to our website, by-popular-demand we will be introducing online credit card transactions as a method of paying your account.

We hope to have most of these modifications completed and running by the end of March. To our customers, these improvements will mean that you can choose to purchase from a much wider range of products as well as having more accurate product avaliability, pricing and technical information.
